Ⅷ Machine operation

8-1.Preparations before Operation

8-1-1 Check whether the oil level in the main deceleration oil pool reaches the specified position;

8-1-2 whether the lubrication points of the machine are lubricated as required;

8-1-3. Whether the hydraulic power tank oil quantity reaches the specified oil level.

8-2. Precautions during operation

8-2-1. In the course of work, if it takes a long time to stop working, the oil pump should also stop working to prevent the oil from heating up;

8-2-2. Only when the upper roller is in the uppermost position and it is in the middle position, the inverted side frame can be turned over.

8-3, ready to operate

8-3-1, turn on the power, the power indicator should be on;

8-3-2, the inverted side rack should be in reset state;

8-3-3. The temperature of the main motor is within the specified range;

8-3-4, start the pump motor.

8-4. Operationly. After releasing the button, the upper roller overturning side can stop at any position.

8-4-1, lifting of the upper roller

1, rise

Press the "rising" (symbol ↑↑) button, the upper roller starts to rise, release this button, the upper roller can stop at any position.

2, drop

Press the "Drop" (symbol ↓↓) button, the upper roller starts to descend, release this button, the upper roller can stop at any position.

3, fixed side alone drop

Press the "fixed side down" (symbol ↓) button and the lower side of the upper roller is lowered individually. Release the button and the fixed side of the upper roller can be stopped at any position.

4, the fall side alone drop

Press the "Inverted Side Down" button (Symbol ↓), and the end of the upper roller falls down independent

8-4-2, Lower Roller Drive

Press the "Forward" or "Reverse" button, the lower roller can be forward or reversed.8-5. Safety Devices

8-4-3, Overturn and Reset

Overturned

Only when the upper roller is in the upper limit and in the center, the tilting frame can be turned over. After the "Tip" button is pressed, the tilting frame starts to tip over. When the tilting frame is tipped over, the lower stroke of the tipping cylinder is zero.

Reset

After the "Reset" button is pressed, the rack on the overturn side begins to reset. When the tilt stand is reset, the stroke of the upper chamber of the tipping cylinder is zero.

8-4-4. The upper roller moves back and forth

Press the "Forward" (sign ←) or "Back" (symbol →) button to move the upper roller. The amount of horizontal movement of the upper roller is related to the drum diameter.

8-4-5, roller lifting

8-5. Safety Devices

8-5-1. Each motor is equipped with a thermal relay to limit the current and prevent overload.

8-5-2. The lateral movement of the upper roller can be automatically stopped at the forward limit and backward limit switches even if the button is not disconnected.

8-5-3. When the upper roller bearing housing at the overturning side frame does not completely coincide with the upper roller bearing sleeve, the back and forth movement of the upper roller cannot be activated because an interlock circuit is installed.

8-5-4. Only when the upper roller is in the uppermost position and in the middle position, the tilting frame can be turned over. The circuit is provided with an interlock circuit.

8-5-5. In the pressurized state of the upper roller, it is not possible to move the upper roller back and forth. An interlock circuit is provided on the circuit. Only the upper roller pressure is unloaded and the upper roller can move back and forth.

3, the type and description of the bending method
